The Indian Premier League’s last few group matches remain. Three out of four playoff spots have been filled, and four teams still have a chance to make their own the last remaining spot.
This game will be played between the Bangalore Royal Challengers and the Hyderabad Sunrisers. The Royal Challengers, as we know, are out of the playoff race and this is going to be their last match for IPL 2019. On the other hand, the Sunrisers Hyderabad is the best placed to qualify for the playoffs out of all the remaining teams.
For the Sunrisers as well, this is the last group game in IPL 2019, but a win here would knock out the Rajasthan Royals and make it very difficult for the Kolkata Knight Riders or Kings XI Punjab to qualify thanks to their superior run rate.
This is the last group game for the Sunrisers in IPL 2019 as well, but the Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru, will play a win here RCB vs SRH IPL 2019.
Let’s check out the Fantasy Cricket Tips of RCB vs SRH Dream11 Team and Match Prediction.
The team that wins the toss will bat second. Due to the good batting conditions and small dimensions of the ground, chasing is the preferred option for the teams at this venue.
PITCH AND CONDITIONS
The 2019 RCB vs SRH IPL will be played at Bengaluru’s Chinnaswamy Stadium. There has been some rain in India’s southern part, but it appears that on match day Bengaluru will be spared from the showers.
The Chinnaswamy pitch is great for batting. The ball comes to the bat beautifully, the outfield is very fast, and the ground is small. All these things add up to a contest of high scoring.
At this venue, a score of about 170 should be considered par, although even 200 can sometimes be hard to defend.
RCB VS SRH SQUAD:
RCB Predicted Playing XI: Parthiv Patel (WK), ViratKohli (C), AB De Villiers, Marcus Stoinis, ShimronHetmyer, AkshdeepNath, WahingtonSundar, Tim SoutheeUmesh Yadav, YuzvendraChahal and Navdeep Saini
SRH Predicted Playing XI:Martin Guptill, WriddhimanSaha(WK), Manish Pandey, Kane Williamson(C), Vijay Shankar, Deepak Hooda, Mohammad Nabi, Rashid Khan, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Khaleel Ahmed and Sandeep Sharma
Rain ruined the previous match against the Rajasthan Royals for the Royal Challengers Bangalore. It did not allow a chance for the side to play to its strengths and reduced the match to a five-over contest that could either way have gone.
We are sure that in their last match of the year, ViratKohli and his men would like to sign off with a win before their home crown.
It may have rained out the previous match, but it gave us some valuable clues. After less than five overs of play, will there be any team changes? That seems unfair, so there’s a very high likelihood of playing the same eleven.
The Royal Challengers played in that match with only three overseas players and gave KulwantKhejroliya an opportunity. For 17 runs, his only over of the match went and he didn’t look very efficient. That’s not a good sign for the bowling of the Royal Challengers that was one of the worst in the tournament.
Not reliable as a unit are Yuzvendra Chahal, Navdeep Saini, Umesh Yadav, Kulwant Khejroliya, and Pawan Negi. Marcus Stoinis may not be available for this match, which means that in some style, Shimron Hetmyer might have another chance to finish the tournament.
The Royal Challengers must hope from their two world-class players for a batting masterclass with a weak bowling attack. In IPL 2019, ViratKohli and AB de Villiers weren’t at their best. There were one or two good innings, but nothing like what we saw in previous years.
To help the Royal Challengers win, one or both of them will need to play a massive inning. In the previous match, Heinrich Klassen didn’t have a good game, but he’s another very talented batsman.
If he can contribute with the other overseas batsman, then the chances of winning will increase dramatically.
The Sunrisers may have lost to the Mumbai Indians in a super-over, but they have shown that without David Warner they can compete. The team’s greatest strength was its bowling, which with every match seems to be getting better.
Now that Manish Pandey plays consistently and Martin Guptill has joined the side, the side’s batting strength also doesn’t seem as bad as feared.
The Sunrisers ‘ task ahead is quite simple. To give themselves the best chance of qualifying, they need to win their last match. They have an excellent net run-rate, so they have the advantage of finishing on the same points from the teams.
The worst thing the Sunrisers can do is to easily take things. The Royal Challengers are not the strongest team to play for, but they still have two of the world’s batsmen. The Chinnaswamy pitch was good for batting, so the bowlers from the Sunrisers will have to be at their best.
In the last few games, Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, Rashid Khan, and Khaleel Ahmed were very good at the Sunrisers. In the previous match, Basil Thampi had a chance but he didn’t bowl well. Mohammad Nabi is a great player to have in the team as he is contributing to all aspects of the game.
We don’t think we’re really worried about bowling. However, batting is definitely a question. Out of the equation take Manish Pandey and the batting begins to look weak. For a while now, Kane Williamson has been in poor shape, Vijay Shankar and Abhishek Sharma have contributed nothing, while Martin Guptill and WriddhimanSaha are an untested opening pair.
There is definitely a chance that a collapse will occur with the Sunrisers at all times.
We feel that this is a chance to bet on the underdogs. The batting of the Sunrisers is not very reliable and has at the Chinnaswamy can be a big problem. ViratKohli will also win a toss this year after losing 10 out of 13! For the Royal Challengers in this match, the advantage of playing at home and having nothing to lose could work.
Wager on the Royal Challengers Banaglore to win.
